Nachhaltigkeit

We comply with the European Packaging Ordinance and are a member of Der Grüne Punkt.

We also try to avoid unnecessary extra packaging where possible, reuse used packaging multiple times, and try to reuse plastic where we can't avoid it entirely. For 2024 we've set ourselves the goal of using only compostable or recyclable packaging.

Our batteries come from German and EU wholesalers and are made by Samsung, Sony and others — all EU-approved.

We separate and recycle electronics wherever possible. Often only the boards/Arduinos are actually broken, so we remove switches, lights, speakers and batteries and — if we have enough in stock — offer them cheaply as used parts. Please get in touch if you're interested in working used spare parts. The rest is taken back and disposed of properly in accordance with EU regulations.
