First of all, if an item is not in stock, it will be reordered for you as soon as possible.

We will send it to you directly from Germany. No dropshipping. We are official importer and representative for 3 manufacturers and would like to offer you the best sabers with German service, know-how and quality control.

We are a small 2-woman company; we endeavour to offer as much and as good a service as possible alongside our main job. But sometimes it can happen that you don't hear from us for a few days or that we don't send a tracking number (we are looking for a way to automate this) — please excuse this and contact us via Discord or WhatsApp in very urgent cases (all details under Contact).

Domestic shipping (Germany)

We only ship with DHL, insured.

Swords (incl. blade) and individually ordered blades up to 5 kg: €8.00
All other items, sword handles etc. (DHL parcel up to 2 kg): €6.00

Shipping to Czech Republic (CZ)

Swords with blade up to 5 kg: €16.49
Small parts, sword handles etc. up to 2 kg: €14.49

We try to send small parts as a Maxibrief where possible — please contact us.

Worldwide shipping

Please contact us — we ship all over the world, but prices vary too much to list here. We can also help with customs declarations.

Returns in case of a complaint

Please always contact us first. We will send you a return note. Often it isn't even necessary to send the item back — in most cases we will send a replacement after checking the case, without you having to return the item.

Sending items in for repair

Even outside the warranty period, please don't send us an item without prior consultation.
